INTO UK Partner Universities: Non Partner Portal Direct Entry Claiming Instructions
Please find below the claiming instructions for INTO UK partners not using Global Apply for Direct Entry commissions.
Please note the following important information and timelines for you to make your claims:
Where relevant, please ensure the appropriate template is used for each partner university
Please note the deadlines and ensure you are communicating with the contact provided
Any students who have completed pre-sessional English programmes and are eligible for commission should also follow the above processes
INTO is not able to provide confirmation of student enrolment for applications submitted direct to these universities. We are also unable to assist where timelines for submission are not followed. Please liaise with the email addresses noted in the following slide directly for any queries.

Queen’s University Belfast | 3rd November | By 28th March 2025 | Agents who have a Direct Entry student claim should complete the QUB claim form by 3rd November. Failure to meet this deadline may impact on the University’s ability to pay commissions. Once the Form has been completed, and the University has verified eligible claims, invoicing instructions will follow. Important: Please do not submit invoices prior to the University advising invoicing instructions. | |
University of East Anglia (applications up to and including 31st January 2024) | 28th Feb 2025 | By 28th March 2025 | From 1st February onward, only applications submitted with a DEW form are commissionable unless you have an existing contract with the university. Newcastle University | Earliest payments to be made on submissions received by 1st Dec 2024 | Payments will be made within 45 days of any claim submission | The university requests that you send a list of students that you believe are eligible for commission along with their portal username and email. Please also provide the following information for any counsellor in your organisation who has submitted a Newcastle application: Name Email address Newcastle will confirm directly with you all students tagged to your agency and invoicing instructions. Please contact the university if you have any queries or concerns. |
