The Graduate Pathway program allows international students to earn credits towards their degree with customized academic, cultural and language support.

Direct Entry is the standard university admission route to apply directly to a degree program.

Undergraduate Transfer Program (UTP) is a customized study plan that offers academic, cultural and language support to international students who will be transferring college credit across to their degree.

Study Abroad With English

International Direct is the direct entry for international students, providing tailored academic and cultural support in their first year. Each International Direct student receives a customized schedule to meet their individual academic and programmatic needs.

International Direct

Master's International Direct provides non-competitive direct entry to a select set of OSU Master's Degrees, coupled with academic and advising support during a student's first term. 

- MID programs lead to professional degrees such as a Master's of Engineering (MEng), Professional Science Master's (PSM) or Master's of Science in Business (MSB).
- MID students take a class focused on international graduate student success in their first term.  This class is credited but does not count towards the degree.

Master's International Direct

If you have already completed college or university-level courses and want to transfer to OSU, our Undergraduate Transfer Program (UTP) is for you. You'll receive an estimate of transferable credits toward your degree before you start your program.

Our UTP provides a customized path to earning your bachelor's degree. You won't repeat coursework and will receive additional academic, language and cultural support.

Leads to Oregon State University's pre-business major in Accounting, Business, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality, Business Information Systems, Finance, Management or Marketing.

Leads to the second year of the pre-computer science major. At the end of the second year of study, qualified students may compete for admission to the upper division (pro-school) of the computer science degree program.

Leads to the second year of the pre-engineering major. At the end of the second year of study, qualified students may compete for admission to the upper division (pro-school) of the engineering degree program.

Leads to a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science and the Athletic Training program at Oregon State University.

Leads to an undergraduate degree in Food Science and Technology at Oregon State University with a choice of three specializations in Food Science, Fermentation Science or Enology and Viticulture.

Leads to an OSU degree in Forestry, the science of developing, caring for and managing forests, as well as water, soil, wildlife, insects and all other natural resources within a forest ecosystem.

Leads to any undergraduate major at Oregon State University and is perfect for those who need more time to decide on a major.

Leads to one of the many undergraduate degree programs at Oregon State University and is perfect for those who need more time to decide on a major.

Leads to a variety of bachelor's degrees in Science at Oregon State University including: Biochemistry, Biology, Botany, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Environmental Science, Microbiology, Physics, Zoology and more.

Leads to second year study in the women and gender studies major at Oregon State University.

Leads to the second year of economics, sociology and political science majors. This Pathway also serve students interested in the OSU 3-plus-3 law degree program.
