Changes to INTO London’s branding
Following the successful relaunch and the growth seen this September, INTO London has reviewed its operations, branding and presence across digital channels and have decided to consolidate our courses into two separate provisions.
INTO London now encompasses two distinct offerings: INTO London STEM, Medicine and Health Professions and INTO London Business, Arts and Social Sciences – both based at our central London center
The Centre’s official name will change to INTO London. Underneath the INTO London brand, our courses will be consolidated into two separate provisions:
From November 2023, students will apply, contract, and register with the relevant company, depending on their programme, but they will be taught and supported in the same way they are today. More information will be circulated over the coming weeks.
Programme development at INTO UEA
INTO UEA is currently making some changes to it’s pathways for 2024-25 entry to ensure students are offered the best study options for their future. In light of this, we will be releasing the 2024/25 INTO UEA brochure at the end of the year, with a new interactive digital brochure being released within the next few weeks.
In the meantime, please continue to refer to the website for the latest information.

Summary of each material type.
Viewbooks: Previously called brochures, the US has adopted a viewbook model for the annual print production suite.
What will you find in the viewbook?
The viewbook is 16 pages and includes top rankings, deep dives on program highlights, experiential learning, careers/outcomes, our academic program spread, accommodation information and QR codes that lead to tuition and scholarship information.
The viewbook is targeted for our B2C audience and links will lead to INTO study.
We’ve included more trackable QR codes to videos and video testimonials to make our materials more interactive and engaging this year.
Exhibition flyers: Think of the exhibition flyer this year as your abbreviated technical data companion to the marketing-forward viewbook. This two-page flyer has major rankings, a short messaging content block, entry requirements, degree lists, and estimated tuition.
All brands brochure: This year, our all brands material includes the top 3-5 programs at each university, top rankings, admission routes and taglines. We’d like to think of the all brands brochure as a menu for our partners where you can see fast facts and quick summaries of which university would be a great fit for their students.
All brands banner: Due to an expanding university network, this year’s banner will not include the map graphic. We are taking an evergreen approach that highlights main selling points of studying in the US with recognizable locations in the photography selections. Where can you get a map for a trip or event? We will be producing a follow-up tabletop map that can be printed on demand. We will follow up with a timeline on when that will be available in Q4.
The Agent manual: The agent manual is our technical manual for all programs and it’s still currently in production. The agent manual will include all the data sections that used to exist in the brochures (entry requirements, essential grids, estimated pricing), a short list of country scales and English Waivers, admissions information, comparison charts across comprehensive partners and we are adding the DE manual to our agent manual. This is a digital PDF and there will be an on-demand print option available.
Direct entry only (DEO) four-page flyers: Our flyers include top rankings, program highlights and QR codes our to key information like program availability, entry requirements and pricing. We've created flyers for the University of Arizona, University of Massachusetts Amherst, Thomas Jefferson University, Long Island University and Montclair State University.
What’s coming next?
Printed materials are expected to arrive by end of October 2023.
The Agent manual is expected to be completed and available by November 2023.
Country scales and English waivers will be ready by end of October 2023.
Estimated pricing will be available by end of October. Final pricing is estimated to be available online and updated on cost documents by December 2023.
Timelines for materials in production are subject to change. We will update if there are any significant changes in the expected delivery dates.
