INTO Introduces Upgraded Direct Entry Waiver (DEW) Process

At INTO, we’re committed to streamlining processes for our partners and ensuring a seamless application experience. In December, we launched an upgraded Direct Entry Waiver (DEW) process designed to make submitting DEW forms simpler, more efficient, and better integrated with our systems.

This upgraded process ensures that your agency is accurately tagged to all your INTO applications, eliminating common issues with manual workflows.

Understanding the DEW Process

For Direct Entry (DE) programmes, partners have two application routes:

  • Partner Portal:

    Applications for programmes listed on INTO’s Apply form must be submitted directly through the portal.

  • Direct Entry Waiver (DEW):

    For programmes not listed on the Apply form, partners can submit applications via the university’s website and complete the DEW form for eligible programmes.

    • Access the Direct Entry Waiver Form through the "Applications" tab on the Partner Portal.

    • The form is available 24/7, offering convenience and efficiency.

  2. Enhanced Functionality

    • Automated Data Entry:

      Key details, like agency information, are pre-filled after login to reduce errors.

    • Tailored Fields:

      Form options are tailored based on university and programme details for faster, more accurate submissions.

  3. Effortless Agency Tagging

    • Simplified Sub-Agent Linking:

      Shareable links for sub-agents ensure accurate tagging of applications to the correct agency, even for those without portal access.

    • Long-Lasting Links:

      Generate links that stay valid for up to 3 months, minimizing disruptions.

  4. New Features for University of East Anglia (UEA)

    • Direct Entry applications for UEA can now be tagged seamlessly using the upgraded DEW form.

  5. Smarter Workflows

    • Enhanced precision and automation allow you to focus on what matters most—supporting your students.
