Expert support, tailored to you

From the moment you arrive at INTO City, our dedicated Student Services team will be on-hand to help you adjust to life in London. 

From help registering with a doctor to mental health advice, you’ll have access to a wide range of services and tailored support during your time with us.

  • 24/7 support – a 24-hour emergency telephone number, just in case you need us.  

  • Visa workshops – to help with renewing or extending your visa.  

  • Regular social program – meet people, make friends and experience something new. 

  • Language advisers – additional support if you have a lower level of English.  

  • Progression support – individual progression support, events and open days.  

  • Personal Tutor – your contact for any academic questions or wellbeing support.  

Helping you every step of the way 

During your first week with us, there will be plenty of activities and events to help you settle in, discover London and get to know your new classmates, teachers and support staff. 

The induction program during your first week will also include: 

  • an introduction to your academic course 

  • an IT session where you’ll receive your login details and learn to use our online platforms 

  • help registering your details with the police 

  • how to open a bank account 

  • how to register with a doctor and dentist.

Your teachers at INTO City are passionate, friendly and full of knowledge, with plenty of experience helping international students progress to City, University of London.

At the beginning of your program, you’ll be assigned a Personal Tutor who'll provide one-to-one academic and welfare support whenever you need it. They’ll help you create an individual learning plan, monitor your progress and help you get the most from your time with INTO.

Once you progress to your degree, the International Student Advice team at City, University of London will look after you. They’ll offer support and guidance to help you settle into life at university.
