Helping you every step of the way

Get ready for a fun-filled orientation program during your first week. We'll arrange plenty of activities and events to help you settle in, discover Newcastle and get to know your classmates, teachers and support staff.

The induction program will also include:

  • an introduction to your academic course

  • an IT session where you’ll receive your login details and learn to use our online platforms

  • help registering your details with the police

  • how to open a bank account

  • how to register with a doctor and dentist.

Your teachers at INTO Newcastle are dedicated and passionate, creating an engaging environment to help you reach your full potential.

At the beginning of your program, you’ll be assigned a Personal Tutor who'll provide one-to-one academic and welfare support whenever you need it. They’ll help you create an individual learning plan, monitor your progress and help you get the most from your time with INTO.

Once you progress to your degree, the Student Support team at Newcastle University will look after you. They’ll offer support and guidance to help you settle into life at university.
