  • 24/7 support – a 24-hour emergency telephone number, just in case you need us.

  • Visa workshops – to help with renewing or extending your visa.

  • Regular social program – meet people, make friends and experience something new.

  • Language advisers – additional support if you have a lower level of English.

  • Progression support – individual progression support, events and open days.

  • Personal Tutor – your contact for any academic questions or wellbeing support.

Helping you every step of the way

Your first week with us is an important one: you’ll get to know your new classmates, teachers and support staff! The induction program during your first week will also cover:

  • expert visa support

  • help registering your details with the police

  • how to open a bank account

  • how to register with a doctor and dentist

  • information on the British legal system.

Your teachers at INTO Queen’s are friendly, knowledgeable and care about your progress – so they’ll be more than happy to advise if you need any help. At the beginning of your program you’ll meet your Personal Tutor, who you can approach with any academic questions or personal issues throughout your time with INTO. They’ll help you settle in, monitor your academic progress, and can refer you for additional support if you need it.
