Academic entry requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum GRE or GMAT scores if required by degree program
  • Admissions interviews are required for some programs
  • Video essays may require for some programs (MBA & MHA)
  • Minimum GPA equivalent: 3.0

English language requirements

  • TOEFL iBT: 80 (no subscores below 17)
  • IELTS: 6.5 (no subscores below 6)
  • Duolingo: 110 (Subscores of Literacy 110, Conversation 100, Comprehension 120 and Production 85)
  • Academic English: N/A

Transfer

If you have taken a similar or equivalent course at a college or university you may be eligible to apply to transfer to Suffolk University. Students are usually notified of their transfer credits by email within 15 days of receiving an offer. More information on transfer applications can be found on the Suffolk website.

  • GPA 2.7 with fewer than 24 transferrable credit hours - high school and university coursework will be evaluated
